Welcome to "Here and Now"! This beautifully decorated and completely remodeled home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Inlet Beach. It is just minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of 30A, Rosemary Beach Town Center, and the popular "30 Avenue" which is filled with lots of local shops and restaurants!

As you walk into the home, you're instantly welcomed by the large open-concept living room which opens up to the kitchen and dining room. The spacious living room also features a queen, memory foam sleeper sofa! Just off of the living room is a large dining table that seats 8, and an eat-at kitchen bar, which seats 3. So there is plenty of room for everyone to dine together and spread out after a long day at the beach!

Off of the dining room, there are French doors that invite you out to a large wooden deck with Adirondack chairs and sun shade. The yard is zero maintenance and features fruit-producing landscapes such as fig and pear trees and a prickly pear cactus! Our guests are encouraged to enjoy these when they’re ripe as well as utilize the chiminea on the paved patio area. No homes are located directly behind us, so there is lots of privacy!! Also located on the first floor is a half bath and the garage entrance. The garage can fit one small compact car or small sedan. Guests can utilize the beach wagon inside the garage and even hang their beach towels on the installed hooks available. There are beautiful new laminate wood floors throughout the entire first floor.

As you move to the second level, you will notice the large hallway landing at the top of the stairs. As you move forward towards the back of the home, you’ll enter the master en-suite. It is equipped with a king-size teak canopy bed which features a memory foam topped mattress. Also in this room is a large teak wood desk for those who may not be able to completely leave work behind! The master bath features a double sink vanity, a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a closet.

The second floor also features another bedroom with a queen-sized tufted headboard bed and a large walk-in closet, as well as a private entry to the shared bathroom. Across the hallway from this room is a bunk room with a sliding barn door. There are 2 sets of bunk beds inside, in a fun blue color with sea-themed bedding that the kiddos are sure to love. A side table with storage and a pull-out computer table is in here as well. The shared bathroom for these 2 rooms has plenty of room and features a double vanity sink and a bathtub/shower combo. Upstairs you’ll also find a hallway that can be closed off for privacy right off of the landing, on the upstairs front-facing side of the home, as well as a separate laundry room with a laundry organizer in it!
