From the owner

1) 2-store maisonette in a safe settlement with controlled access.

2) It can accommodate up to 5 persons.

3) First in front of the sea. Distance from the sandy beach: 50m. You walk through a path behind the house that takes you to the side of the apartment and leads to the beach. There are no roads and cars between the house and the sea. The garden you see in the pictures from the balcony belong to the apartment below.

4) Large beach one kilometer long with sand. All the beach is with sand, both outside and inside the sea. There exist absolutely no stones, rocks, algae, urchins etc.

5) The upper floor includes: One bedroom with a queen bed. A night table with two drawers in the loft.

6) The lower floor includes: One bedroom with queen bedroom and a wardrobe. Kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, sideboards, table, toast maker, coffee maker, boiler and blender. Big bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower, electric water heater and hair dryer. Spacious and luminous Living room with one sofa, 2 armchairs, fireplace. The sofas can be converted to double bed. There are two balconies, a veranda with view to the sea and a small patio at the back of the house for which there are chairs and coffee table. There are shades for the air and the sun.

7) Washing machine (it is not located inside the apartment but 100m away inside the garden of my parents property), iron, ironing board.

8) Free Wireless Internet in all the house.

9) Screens for protection against mosquitos in all the windows and balcony doors.

10) Up to two portable beds for children can be offered.

Why can't I call EIRINI (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EIRINI (the owner) a message.

If EIRINI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
