Beautiful studio fully renovated, practical, fully equipped, secure and free parking in the residence, air conditioning, free WIFI. Second floor with elevator, terrace with sea and harbor of Hyères. Beaches close by foot (300m). Exceptional location in the heart of the port of Hyères. Everything can be done on foot (beach, shopping, restaurants, water sports etc ...) without using the car. Market every Sunday morning on the port. During the summer, nocture market on the harbor with entertainment. The studio is conveniently located very close to exceptional sites (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Ile du Levant, Almanarre Ayguade etc ...). Studio Description: Large sea view terrace (9m) with no water, equipped with a table, 4 chairs, 2 chairs and an umbrella. main room 1 real bed 140 for 2, sliding, turning into sofa day. Table, 2 armchairs, a large cupboard, TV cabinet. Sleeping: 2 beds of a person, separate from the main room by a sliding door and folding panels. fully equipped kitchen: multifunction oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, plates inductions. Tea towel provided. All appliances are new. New bathroom: 2 cabinets + washstand, bathtub, hair dryer. Iron. In the entrance hall: large closet, large mirror. Commodities are provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar) and cleaning products (dishwasher tablet, produced washing machine, toilet paper etc ...). Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. The towels are not provided.
