There is also a den where the kids can hang out with a TV and sleeper sofa. You will find that this home has everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Island vacation! From the luxurious heated pool, full-gourmet kitchen, outdoor TV, foosball table, tiki bar and outdoor grill. The list goes on with the amazing amenities - what more could you possibly need to make your tropical island vacation perfect!

Summer Breeze is located in a great location for a great family vacation. The world-renowned white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and great restaurants and shopping in Holmes Beach is just a short walk away. This elevated home offers enough space for everyone to have their privacy while still enjoying quality time together. Sit back and relax - you are on vacation! Summer Breeze ensures you have it all. The main living area is a large, open-plan space with high ceilings and beautiful tile floors. The garage houses a selection of pool and beach toys, including beach chairs, and a cart to get everything to the beach.

Bedroom 3 is located on the third floor and features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4 is located on the third floor and features 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
