Our lovely, newly renovated, 2,000 Square Foot eco-friendly home next to Long Pond in beautiful Harwich is perfect for families vacationing together or groups of friends who all want to get away! With the entrance to Long Pond beach right across the street from the house and the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike trail is just a 1/4 of a mile away. All you have to do is walk out the front door to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer!

The space

This lovely dual-powered eco-friendly home is located in the exclusive Long Pond neighborhood of Harwich. The home is directly across the street from the entrance to the public beach on Long Pond. The pond has a boat launch and our driveway has plenty of parking for your boat trailer and cars for all of your family!

The home is situated on 1 secluded acre of land with expansive yards, gardens and woods for you and your friends, family and/or children to enjoy and play in all day long! The home is set back from the road making the property very quiet and serene.

Guest access

The home has 4 large bedrooms and enough room for up to 8 people.

There are 2 living rooms, an eat-in kitchen, large dining room and 2 bathrooms.

There is also an outdoor shower for your use during the summertime after you return from a day in the sand across the road at Long Pond Beach!

There is a BBQ grill in the backyard, gas stove/oven in the kitchen and plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and the basics spices, coffee, cream and other groceries to get you started for your stay.

When the garden is in bloom we also offer complimentary fresh herbs, spices and vegetables to add to any dishes you may be cooking while you stay in our home. Items in the garden are ready starting in early June thru late October. Please inquire when you book your stay to see what might be available when you arrive.

We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible so please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you in having a wonderful vacation!

Interaction with guests

We are available to answer any questions anytime but we will stay out of your way during your stay. We want you to enjoy all the area has to offer!!

Other things to note

We use all organic supplies to maintain our yards, garden and wildlife to allow for the best family experience of the environment where safety and health is of our utmost concern. We hope that you enjoy your stay at our home. We look forward to hosting you soon!

How do damage deposits work?
