Description

The King Coconut Lodge was built in 2014 and situated on a 2,000m2 plot surrounded by beautiful scenery of Sri Lanka. However, the property is located in the spacious built-up place Habaraduwa on the south coast of Sri Lanka, away from the noisy coast road and the railway line still within walking distance to the sandy beach. Here you can relax, unwind and marvel at the variety of wildlife in a large garden. The ecological concept is underscored by a powerful solar system that covers the entire electricity demand of the lodge. A private swimming pool with Jacuzzi offers refreshment on hot days. The villa consists of 4 apartments: 2, each with about 30m2, a 75m2 and 50m2 to one. It can be fully equipped for up to 8 adults and 6 children (extra bed) rented (eg families or friends Ayurvedic tour groups) or the 4 apartments individually (see separate display). The indicated price refers to the entire rental of the Lodge with all 4 Ferienwohnungen.Zum object additionally includes an open kitchen with a dining room and a chef who you are for getting to know the Sinhalese kitchen available steht.Alle rooms equipped with air conditioning and very large beds that are specially designed for European body sizes. For the beds are available on request mosquito nets for Verfügung.Sehr much emphasis was placed on large and spacious room with a fantastic wooden roof instead of the otherwise typical Asbestos boards, so you can experience a feeling of luxury on holiday. “Absolutely wonderful family holiday”

We were so lucky to find King Coconut Lodge. We spent five nights there over new year with the whole family of 7 adults and one two year old grandchild. It was truly a great experience. We were supported so very well by the owner of the lodge Torsten Schmidt. He lives in Germany but gave us such excellent advice in planning our visit. On arrival we were met by the lodge manager Neel and the two staff who work at the villa. They could not have been warmer, more courteous and helpful. Breakfasts were arranged daily at the villa and were delicious - fresh fruit, great coffee and wonderful Sri Lankan omelettes. We also arranged two dinners at the lodge which were just perfect. The accommodation was very comfortable, the garden beautiful and the pool wonderful. If we needed to get a beach tuk tuks were arranged almost instantly by the housekeeper. All in all a wondeful family holiday which we will long remember.

How do damage deposits work?
