The 2 floor spacious apartment has feel good factor! Great location by the sea. Wonderful opportunity for relaxation by the sea, with nearly everything on site that you may need.....

Unique location by the sea with panoramic views! Please see reviews on TripAdvisor - a home by the sea! The holiday development is surrounded by orange groves, ten minutes from the unspoilt market town of Guzelyurt and just outside the charming village of Gaziveren. Unlimited dedicated wifi free.

This is a 2 bed penthouse, 2 bathroom, apartment on 2 floors, with 2 large outdoor terraces. (Flights to Larnaca or Paphos provide many cost effective options, and then simply drive 2hrs to Aphrodites, scenic drive through wooded hills! (Drive on left). Or fly into Nicosia from Turkey).

This is a safe and secure Northern Cyprus location, easily accessible via choice of 2 border crossings 10/20km away, via Larnaca/Paphos. (or taxi transfer from Nicosia 45 mins). Car hire easily arranged from North or South Cyprus.

You can enjoy unrivalled sunsets to the West - from one of two large terraces. There are views of the Troodos mountains to the South. The apartment is spacious, with 130m2 of floor space to use. As big as some villas! Relax by the pool - heated indoor, or semi-olympic outdoor. Restaurant and bar by pool. Various activities available. Sauna, Jacuzzi. Gym, Table Tennis, TV and reading room, Wellness Centre. No passing traffic, you are away from it all here.... but you can visit the scenic surroundings by car, or Kyrenia - full of character. Troodos 1hr drive. The site is great for children too where they can easily make friends. Access only for guests and owners. On-site reception - for all your queries, local info, trips, car hire etc. A very easy holiday, ideal for relaxation, and has a 'good feel' about it. Guests often return another year.

Please note there is a manually added charge of £90 for each booking if less than £300, capped at £345. This covers our agent’s costs of preparation, cleaning, admin, and for being available if need be. This may be added to the rental cost automatically when trying to book.

Please note the location is 8km from Guzelyurt/Morphou, and just 200m from the sea, and about 10km from the Greek Border. 50+km West of Kyrenia

On arrival you can simply access the apartment using the key located outside the door, in a locked box. Access is by entering correct code. Therefore any time arrival is fine. You can also check in at reception too during office hours. If you need local information, we can advise, or visit reception for places to visit. We are available by email or phone should you need anything. Reception also have a team available to attend to any issues.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to submit a comprehensive review of the places to see and visit, and assessment of the site itself. Secondly, we appreciate that it may require ‘extra effort’ to try somewhere new, and make the trip to Aphrodites - so thankful that you felt able to do so! We understand this trip to North Cyprus was to make a change from the more familiar South Cyprus. You travelled from Larnaca, but easily crossed the border by taxi to rent a car there. (This being an alternative to renting a car at Larnaca/Paphos airports, that we normally do). Thirdly, thank you for the feedback, and yes it is disappointing that site staff did not properly assist with the niggles that could mostly have been resolved within the hour eg: change lightbulbs; replace broken clothes horse; buy new glasses and some cleaning materials, and remove old chairs. Recent shower-room improvements should have been properly checked and finished off. The wifi should have been connected and ready to go on arrival. We must apologise for the various shortcomings that became a distraction from an otherwise enjoyable holiday - and which you were perhaps a little unlucky to experience. We visited earlier in the year, and carried out various maintenance works and organised improvements, but as with any rental property, damages etc can occur, but it is for the site management to address in time for the next guests. I am sure the response to these relatively simple issues will be taken on board for the future. That apart, and as described - this accommodation and the resort offer an outstanding opportunity to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday by the sea, in a friendly, safe and homely environment. The area is less developed and commercialised than Kyrenia, and is nearby orange/lemon/pomegranate growing areas, and a complete blessing to be away from all the nightclubs that can be found nearer to Kyrenia! One of our favourite holiday destinations by far! Thank you for your booking, and always welcome another time!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
