Casa de 3 habitaciones (7 personas), 1 baño y 1 aseo todo en planta baja. La casa dispone de 90 metros cuadrados distribuidos de la siguiente forma:

Aire acondicionado con monedas (1 euro = 4 horas). Entrada por el amplio salón-comedor, y una gran cocina americana, que además tiene salida a la parte trasera de la terraza. En la parte izquierda (según la entrada) y delante del comedor encontraremos un pasillo con la entrada en arco que nos llevará a los 2 baños y las 3 habitaciones (todo en la misma planta).

Las 3 habitaciones disponen de armarios empotrados y en los baños encontraremos 1 ducha, 1 bañera y 1 bidé.

En la parte externa de la casa podremos encontrar un porche para poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona con su mesita y 2 sillas.

Una inmensa terraza de 175 metros cuadrados equipada con mesa, parasol, 4 sillas y reposapiés. Por la parte trasera de la terraza, encontraremos una escalera de caracol que nos llevará al solarium en la parte superior de 30 metros cuadrados.

Y a 5 metros de la puerta, disfrutaremos de una magnífica piscina comunitaria dividida en 2 partes: una pequeña para los niños y otra más profunda para darnos un buen chapuzón.

Paseo de 400 mts hasta la playa de Guardamar. Muy cerca de los campos de golf.

Lamentamos que la estancia no haya sido de vuestro agrado. En cuanto al aire acondicionado de monedas, es como la mayoría de apartamentos de alquiler. Con eso buscamos un uso racional del aparato. No intentamos hacer negocio, ya que está programado para que con 1 euro se puedan utilizar 4 horas de aire, pero si que intentamos que la gente no lo deje encendido cuando se va a la playa o que tenga las ventanas abiertas... Revisaremos el tema de ventiladores y el cabecero y hablaremos con el servicio de limpieza por el tema del menaje. Seguro que vuestra opinión nos será útil para mejorar el servicio.

Why can't I call Pedro (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro (the owner) a message.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
