Our apartment is a cozy 103m2 apartment ideal for up to 2 families (beds for 4 adults and 3 children and 1 baby available) or 6 adults in a good location. The apartment is located directly on the Murradweg and also the Murprominade is only a few meters away. Nearby is the Augartenpark with Augartenbad for relaxation as well as for families with children, the children's museum Frida & Fred, also ideal for rainy days. The city center can be reached quickly in a few minutes on foot or by bike. The apartment is on the 6th floor and south - west aligned and accessible by elevator. There is a good transport connection with the bus line and tram line 5 (Neuholdgasse / Augartenbad) in the immediate vicinity available. If you are arriving by car, there is a covered parking space directly at the property. The cozy apartment is considered as new and is newly furnished. Also books, CD, children's toys and games are available. Towels, equipped kitchen, wireless internet, flat screen TV and much more is available Our apartment is a cozy 103m2 apartment perfect for up to 2 families (Beds for 4 Adults, 3 Children and 1 Baby are available) or for 6 adults. Very close, is a good public transportation connection with bus 34 / 34E as well as Tramline 5 (Neuholdgasse / Augartenbad). If you travel with your own car. The cozy 103m2 apartment which has just been put in the past and can be seen as new and newly furnished as well. There are books, CD children's toys, games, towels, kitchen, flat TV and much more are available.
