The apartment occupies the first floor of a villa of the last century, with thick walls, with elegant architecture, built halfway hill overlooking Lake Maggiore, in Ghiffa, a small town a few kilometers from Verbania, Chief town of Province. Ghiffa, by its southeast orientation, location-between Cannero Riviera and Stresa, famous summer resorts, its proximity to the much visited IInd Borromeo, is a popular place for its long distinction and tranquility. In the vicinity are impressive Residences inserted in their fleet, testimonies of former prestige places, some of which are open to visitors as Villa Taranto and its renowned Garden. Our house is built on a plot of 1500 m2, enclosed by a fence lined a hedge. Dogs "well behaved" are accepted. The property is located in a residential area very quiet away from city traffic. Parking inside. Close to pass the marked hiking trails in the nearby hills and access to two "curiosities" of the Municipality of Ghiffa Nature Reserve and the Sanctuary of the Trinity. A five minute drive you reach the Lake and about fifteen minutes "strategic" places: supermarkets, equipped beaches, restaurants .... You enter the apartment by an external staircase wrought-iron leading to a plateau covered opening in the vestibule. From there, on the left, you enter a beautiful master bedroom followed by her bathroom and balcony. Opposite the entrance of the hall, a nice wooden staircase to an attic door space, organized in a large room extended health, including toilet. Below, back to the entrance, right in front of you, you enter a spacious room organized in living room, dining-room, kitchen and lit with many windows and a large bay window giving access to the "must" of apartment: a large terrace overlooking the lake with panoramic views. Home by the owner living on the ground garden, in German, English, French, Italian. How do damage deposits work?
