Situated between Alicante and Santa Pola, on the Mediterranean Sea, Gran Alacant is only a 10 minute drive from El Altet (Alicante) airport. Located within the Monte y Mar complex Av. de Polonia 8 and walking distance to Carabassi beach, this is an ideal base for all types of holiday (couple, family or small group). Casa de kiwi has three bedrooms including 2 double beds and 2 single beds with air conditioning throughout. A private solarium can be found on the roof terrace. Two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge (with all modern appliances including UK, Spanish, French, German satellite TV, Free WiFi Internet) and second bathroom on the ground floor. Large third bedroom on the basement level. Large shared pool & kids pool. Relax and enjoy the local restaurants (5min walk), sun, sand and surf at Carabassi beach!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
