The nearest Mottarone mountain is called the natural balcony because thanks to its position offers unique views of the alps and the whole Po valley, from the summit of mountain is also possible to see all the seven lakes, Maggiore, Orta, Mergozzo, Varese, Comabbio, Monate and Biandronno,
The interiors of the property cover about 400 sqm developing in different levels.
At the ground floor there is a very spacious and bright living room with elegant sofas Sat. TV, large dining room with table for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, electric over etc.
A wooden stair cases leads to the first floor with two double bedroom both with private bathroom with shower, two other bedrooms are in the same floor one double and with twin beds, both facing the garden and sharing a bathroom with bath tub and a shower. Up the mansard floor there is last double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; Please note that this last bedroom has a French size bed

Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.

Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 1000,00 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
