“Lovely holiday home for Family or Friends alike”

Reviewed 10 May 2019

The location is ideal to visit the stunning coast line of Giant Causeway as well as lovely beaches near by. The Town of Bushmill is home to the Bushmill distillery that was a very interesting place to visit. Not far to the west is the town of Port Patrick that we visited and enjoyed. Not to forget to mention the very friendly and helpful local people. The holiday cottage is spacious and modern and very well equipt. I liked having the living area upstairs to enjoy the seas views in the distance.

“Family Friendly North Coast Holiday home”

Reviewed 3 Jan 2019

Lovely house, very well appointed and in a great location to explore the North Coast, we would definitely hope to return again soon. There were 6 in our party, 2 adults, 2 older and 2 younger children and there was loads of space for us all. Many thanks also to Barbara for the warm welcome and allowing us to drop our bags off early, very much appreciated.

“Great location and layout”

Reviewed 18 Sep 2018

We were met by Barbara who was very friendly and welcoming and told us all we needed to know! She had put the heat on for us as we were celebrating my mums 80th birthday so needed house to be warm. Great layout for us and everything we needed was there. House was very clean and welcoming and very handy for all our favourite places along the coast. Loved it!

“Wonderful place!”

Reviewed 25 Aug 2018

We stayed at Isle Cottage for two weeks either side of our son's wedding. The cottage is beautiful! Loads of space and really well thought out living and sleeping areas. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a choice of games and books in the lounge along with plenty of tourist information. I loved that the lounge had plenty of room for us to have family to come and share meals with us. The location is great as most attractions on the North Coast are within easy reach, and the view across to the coast is beautiful. When we arrived all was clean and orderly and it is decorated very tastefully. Good communication between us and the manager. The lounge was great for pre-wedding photographs. A really lovely place to stay. Brilliant!

“Great location”

Reviewed 23 Sep 2016

We were in a party of 5 adults, 2 children and a young baby and really enjoyed our stay at Isle Cottage. It's situated very conveniently to the Giants Causeway, Bushmills, Portrush and Ballintoy etc and is a perfect base for touring the rest of the North Coast area. It has a perfectly equipped kitchen, good shower facilities and a PlayStation and games, which helped entertain the children. The living area and kitchen have sea views (albeit a little in the distance), but appreciated nevertheless. We would recommend the cottage and hope to visit again.

“Excellent Facilities and great Location - Home away from Home!”

Reviewed 30 Aug 2016

What a fantastic well equipped cottage. The upstairs lounge / dinning gives great views to the coast and beyond. Whilst on the main road the cottage was very quiet. Although there are minimal local amenities if you have a car, Bushmills has all that you need and is only a short drive away. The equipment in the cottage is great quality and all you need to make this a home away from home. Can't recommend highly enough

“Fantastic house!”

Reviewed 3 Jul 2013

Isle Cottage is by the far the best holiday house we have stayed in. The house was spotless and the rooms were very well decorated - my 2 girls loved the pink and blue rooms, 1 is a tomboy! The sitting room was bright and spacious. Although the kitchen was small it was perfectly equipped with everything you could need to cook. The house was situated so close to the causeway and the beautiful harbours around. We had a wonderful time, my daughters thought the highlight of the holiday was the playstation in the house! Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

“Good location and excellent accommodation”

Reviewed 2 Nov 2012

House was very good with all the facilities you would expect. Rooms were a decent size with the exception of the kitchen which was a bit small for the size of the house. The garage was really useful for drying off wet things - it does rain a bit in Ireland - and the location was in easy striking distance of the main attractions. Overall a very good property.

Owner's reply: Andy, Many thanks for the positive feedback - Paul McAlister
