Description

Newly completed this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is absolute beachfront built on the Indian Ocean just 7 minutes from Galle.

Relax in the pool or walk our beautiful beach and maybe catch a turtle laying its eggs. Take a bike to go wash an elephant, or Tuk 15 minutes up the road to see & feed turtles in a beach lagoon. Surfing, both beach and reef breaks are close-by. An amazing space for all to enjoy and family friendly.

The house features -

3 bedrooms all a generous size with comfortable bedding, AC & ceiling fans. All bedrooms have ensuites and the master a sunken bath. The bedroom with twin beds can be combined to make another king size bed.

Downstairs you will find entrance lobby, stairwell, family (dvd's & music), dining/kitchen and 2 bedroom/ensuites. Upstairs the lounge with TV, kitchenette, verandah (covered and open), guest wc and master bedroom/ensuite and study.

Outside we have 10m pool, laundry (poolside wc), garden & direct beach access. The garden is gated to the beach.

Getting around

Transport in and around Galle is best managed by chatting to our house manager. There are tuks, buses, trains and car/van hire all as options. We are 5km from Galle and buses run frequently - cost 20Rs or the train from Gintota - step back in time and stand in the door to watch local life. Then there is the tuk !

Interaction with guest

Indie has 3 staff, during the day you have our house manager (Nirman)and chef (Anoja)and night security (Imran) They will look after you providing your complementary breakfast and other meals on request. You will have a great stay as they manage and help you with where to shop sightsee and eat.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
