Description

The Rooftop Room is reached via a stylish spiral staircase which gives it a sense of privacy and seclusion. It opens up to the spectacular roof terrace (a shared space) with a view of the Indian Ocean, Galle Lighthouse and the Portuguese Mosque. The room has its own shower-room en-suite. Breakfast included.

Villa Aurora has three bedrooms. Joint spaces include the entire ground floor with its open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, patio garden and TV room. The roof terrace, onto which the Rooftop Room opens, may also be utilized by guests in the Master Bedroom if it is occupied.

The Villa is situated along the Fort Ramparts close to Galle Lighthouse and the public beach at its foot. The water at the beach is protected from the ocean waves by a reef; it is shallow but refreshing.

Your Villa Manager, Nalin, will prepare your breakfast and be on hand with his insider advice for daytrips or things to see. If you need tips on transport or local knowledge, he is your man. He goes home to his family at night.

The Fort contains a comprehensive range of restaurants to cater for all tastes and budgets. The museums, shops, architecture and places of worship of Buddhists, Christians and Muslims give the place a magical sense of history and community.

The house manager is at the villa to welcome guests. The house manager is living off site and will be their on call within few minutes. Things to do: Visit Historical Galle Fortress , just five minutes to the famous Unawatuna beaches (Why beach, Wijaya beach, Talpe beach, etc... There are lot of famous restaurants surrounding the villa and also in Unawatuna area. Just 25 mins to famous Mirissa beach for surfing and also for whale watching. Turtle hatchery in Habaraduwa.
