A rustic 1 bedroom apartment with double bed in the bedroom with Queen bed, open concept living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment opens onto a terrace and is linked via winding stone staircase to the gardens and open sunning terraces. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, with the addition of 2 Twin beds in the living room.

Efficient ceiling fans provide good ventilation. Optional A/C and laundry service are available for small additional daily charge. Twice weekly Maid service included.

We try to make each guest as much a member of our "family" as we can and we're always happy to suggest interesting things to see and do in the area. You obviously made good use of Google Maps and the internet to locate places of interest. Perhaps your next visit will include a trip to nearby Rincon de la Vieja (Near Liberia) where you will find mud baths, hiking trails, an extinct volcano, horseback riding, and other great activities. There are also majestic waterfalls, white water rafting, scuba, sailing, fishing, tennis, snorkeling, stand up paddle, sea kayaking, beaching, swimming, surfing and so much more to do in our area! Whale and dolphin watching are popular, along with birding and watching the hilarious antics of howler monkeys and parrots that live on our property. Wildlife abounds here! Why can't I call Igor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Igor (the owner) a message.

If Igor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
