Villa 4 – Suite 401 –

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 + option for 2+ more.

Spacious and romantic 1 bedroom Stone Villa. A spacious 1 bedroom Suite features a walkout to a large balcony/terrace overlooking tropical gardens. There is a very large bathroom, hallway, roomy, fully equipped open kitchen, and bright living/dining room with another convenient walk-out.

The living room has a double futon for extra guests if required. An adjacent walk-out to the covered balcony and terrace overlooking a verdant valley filled with tropical plants! Complementing all of this is a covered, ”hidden” stone staircase leading to a wet bar/terrace on the level above the entry. Paddle fans to compliment the gentle prevailing hillside breezes are placed both inside and outside the Villa for extra comfort.

There is a King bed + Single bed in the spacious bedroom and a walkout to a large balcony/terrace overlooking tropical gardens

This Suite could comfortably sleep up to 6 guests with the addition of extra bed(s) in the very spacious bedroom.

Mere minutes from your Villa are supermarkets, shops, hotels, discos, 4 world-class golf courses, casinos, and restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palate. An onsite BBQ is available for grillers. (Bring home your catch, steaks, shrimps, etc., and share with friends and family!). Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkeling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, and fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud, and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.

Wi-Fi is widely available throughout the property, so keeping in touch should not be a problem.

If the sedentary life appeals, lounge under the palms by our two oasis-like 42-foot pools, and enjoy our beautiful tropical gardens. Do it all - or nothing at all!

On your next visit, we will have to go to Casa Chameleon for a spectacular culinary treat and world class vistas! Truly high end! Thank you, Sunin, for your kind observations about Villas Casa Loma. We appreciated your visit and trust that, overall, your stay was a pleasant one for you all... Note that we are NOT a hotel with full concierge services, nor have we ever promoted ourselves as such. We regret that we cannot be responsible for inconveniences caused by topography, but rest assured that we are constantly on the lookout for ways to make things better - such as getting luggage, etc. to and from the rental units. We have staff here who will happily assist. We do regret that you had difficulties communicating with them, but we can assure you that they are always willing to go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable... We regret that communications were a problem for you. (This is one reason why we live on site here.) Over the last 28 years we have always tried to keep costs to our guests at a minimum level. Therefore, items like air conditioning, laundry, etc. are offered as an option in an effort to keep the cost of the accommodations to a more reasonable level. Sorry to have to say that you are not correct in saying that towels and bedding were only changed once per week...Our staff have been changing towels 3 times per week and bedding once per week unless otherwise requested. This is in order to conserve water, which has been at a premium here due to severe shortages in the dry season. Also, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent for dishes, hand soap and toilet paper are ALWAYS supplied and are readily available at any time. Again, one only needs to ask if one is in short supply. Communications - again. There are a number of other observations that are not quite accurate but suffice it to say that we have read your thoughtful Review carefully and have taken it all to heart. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Igor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
