An extraordinarily spacious, sun-flooded Studio apartment. Feel the mystery and magic of your surroundings – suspended in the treetops –high above majestic palms and flowering trees.

Your accommodations feature high ceilings clad in rich tropical woods, complemented with regional art & ceramics throughout.

American-style kitchen appliances, large, open concept breakfast bar, a spacious living room plus a large sleeping and dressing area featuring Queen bed and ample closet space. A hallway with double closets on both sides leads to a spacious 3-piece bathroom. This entire Suite is encapsulated in massive windows! Wide walkouts on both the ocean and valley sides lead to the massive wraparound terrace on 3 sides that allow superb panoramic views of Ocean, Flamingo marina, hills, and valleys! An ideal site for dining, lounging, whale-watching, and generally engaging in quiet reflection. Paddle fans to compliment the almost-always gentle breezes are placed both inside and outside for extra comfort.

A wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying the natural sights and sounds. Very private!

If more space is required, an adjacent suite - (Suite 203) – and or a large 1 bedroom – (Suite 202) – on the main floor of this Villa can also be added.

Prices are based on occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom. Additional beds can be arranged for with Management. Optional air conditioning and laundry service are also available.

Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundis, armadillos, and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of our private preserve.

Mere minutes from your Villa are supermarkets, shops, hotels, discos, 4 world-class golf courses, casinos, and restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palate. An onsite BBQ is available for grillers. (Bring home your catch, steaks, shrimp, etc., and share with friends and family!).

Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkeling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, and fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud, and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.

Personal Laundry Service are available for a small additional charge.

The views are spectacular and the evening breezes preclude a need for the optional air conditioning. Thanks for for your visit! We try our best to be as accommodating as we can possibly be and are delighted that our efforts to design something "special" is appreciated! Our staff is constantly working at making it all as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The pools and gardens are also of special interest to our gardeners and pool maintenance folks. Being on a gentle hillside is a boon, as the views afforded are always spectacular while the breezes are always refreshing... Having a car or golf cart at your service is a plus, of course, as the area supports a wide variety of excellent restaurants offering a smorgasbord of tasty delights - from Tai, Mexican, Indian, Italian, French, German, Costa Rican, etc. to treat the senses. This all goes with the surprisingly broad variety of lovely beaches to choose from. There is a well-stocked grocery store close by, with multiple chances to shop for goods from all over the world just minutes away in neighbouring towns... Coming up are Flamingo Beach's unique Mardi Gras activities, concluding in a fun parade with bands, floats, all manner of costumes, etc. There is always something going on in the area from "Event Nights" with live music to games nights. Always lots of socializing! If you get bored with all this, relax around our two tropical pools, watch magnificent sunrises over the hills and breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific! Do it all - or nothing at all! The choices are limitless at Villas Casa Loma. Come for the fun. Come for the sports. Come for the adventure. For those interested in more manic activities than lounging by one of our two tropical pools, there are a great number of places of interest to visit as well as many activities available in our immediate area.... The Pacific, with its beautiful beaches, is just a glance away. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Igor (the owner) a message.

If Igor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
