A large 2-story Villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, huge open concept living/dining room, spacious fully equipped kitchen, and massive, covered, L-shaped terrace overlooks the covered terrace - affording fabulous views of the ocean, Flamingo marina area, and surrounding countryside! Large dining area – again with large windows and walk-out to the “outdoor living room” terrace, Pacific Ocean, and lush surroundings. There is also a ½ bath for guests.
The very large, fully equipped, kitchen has a walk-out to a rear terrace and staircase leading to the 42-foot pool, sunning terraces, and tropical gardens.
The master bedroom features a 4 poster king bed, a walk-out to the covered and open ocean-view terraces, a large walk-through dressing room, and a full bathroom with a skylight.
The lower level of this Villa consists of 2 “satellite” units – one with a double bedroom and bathroom (Suite 101), the other with a double bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen opening to a breakfast bar by the large pool.
SUITE 101:
A double bedroom with a walk-in closet. There are a coffeemaker, a small bar fridge, and a private bathroom en suite to the bedroom. The bedroom has either a king bed or 2 long twin beds.
SUITE 102:
A double bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in dressing room, and kitchen with fridge, ice-maker, gas stove, and microwave. There is a walk-out from the kitchen to a large pass-through servicing a ceramic-tiled breakfast bar adjacent to the pool. The bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Suite 103:
A wide spiral staircase leads to a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the covered terrace – affording fabulous views of the ocean, Flamingo marina area, and surrounding countryside! Large dining area – again with large windows and walk-out to the “outdoor living room” terrace, Pacific Ocean, and lush surroundings. There is also a ½ bath for guests.

Fully-equipped, your Villa accommodations have paddle fans and available air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker fridge and microwave oven, etc. Twice weekly maid service is included. Your accommodation features high ceilings clad in rich tropical woods and is complimented with imported ceramics throughout. Walls of glass and wrap-around terraces allow breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean, hills, and valleys, uniting you with Nature. Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundi, armadillos and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of this private preserve.
Whales & dolphins are often viewed from our property. Sea turtles lay their eggs on nearby beaches! Nature is always only a glance away!
