We have special rates for weekly or monthly stays that the system alone can not calculate. In monthly stays we provide the weekly cleaning service of the condominium. Regarding on the availability to use the common areas in the complex, you can access any of them and enjoy the sun loungers; the pool; Jacuzzis, spa as well as gym facilities and any other amenity as long as each of them is available; however, keep in mind that these areas are not under our administration and control, therefore, we do not include their use in the rate; anyway, you can use them at no additional charge. I let you know that these areas have specific hours for use, and most of the time you need to wear the distinctive guest bracelet in Icon. We have parking space for a car, let me know in case you need it. The use of common areas is regulated by the rules of the condominium, so you must take into account that access is not allowed to people who are not registered and in general terms, maintain good order.Due to the schedules of my profession it will possibly be difficult for me to get to know you personally, however you can contact me through the chat on this platform or email. The neighborhood is urban, however we are located right on the Playa de Oro with immediate access and exclusive area with palapas on the beach. La Isla Shopping Village is a commercial complex attached to ours, which has restaurants, shops, Starbucks, Cinemas, etc. When crossing the street there is a set of several famous restaurants, and in the next block there is the Foodpark; Also next to our resort is the Gastronomik by Peninsula shopping and gastronomic center. The Costco store is a 20 minute walk in the neighboring Fluvial Vallarta area, and there are two Soriana supermarkets on each side at a distance similar to the previous one. Outside the complex there is a taxi rank and a local bus stop a block away. A 5 minute drive away is the Marina Vallarta area with golf courses, yacht pier, recreation and consumption centers such as Plaza Neptuno and Nima Shops, plus the entire commercial area around the yachts. The airport is 10-15 minutes away by car and the foreign bus station is 15 minutes away. The best nightclubs are along our avenue, so they are only a few minutes away by car or even walking. The Malecón and Guadalupe Church are only 15 minutes away by car. The seaport is less than 1 km away and from there you can take boats to various attractive spots in the bay such as Islas Marietas, Quimixto or Yelapa, or any boat to go fishing, diving, snorkeling or boat party.As mentioned above, the place is centrally located and with easy access to means of transport, whether urban bus, taxi and UBER, although the latter still has restrictions to pick up passengers at the airport because it is an exclusive concession area for federal kind of taxis; however, the provider can enter and leave you at the airport. There is a fixed taxi site just outside our complex.
The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day.
