From the owner

The traditional, island style cottage is 1600 sq ft. with a large, 12 ft wrap around veranda. The big verandah offers guests a versatile entertainment space, or the chance to simply unwind and experience the cooling effects of Antigua's renowned trade winds.

The cottage can comfortably sleep four with air-conditioning in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee makers, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, gas stove with oven and all the utensils for casual dining. Mosquito screens cover each window to protect you from being bitten. There are also mosquito nets over the beds. A washing machine, a local cell phone, and beach towels, are also available for your use.

The living room and master bedroom each have 32in. LCD flat screen TV's with cable television, and the living room has a Bluetooth enabled speaker and a Blu Ray dvd player. There is also wireless Internet. The property is monitored by an intruder alarm security system, and also contains a personal safe.

As your host, `i get a genuine enjoyment out of meeting my guests, if possible. We therefore do a face to face `meet and Greet on your arrival day. We are also only a phone call or email away, should guests wish to connect with us.

Banana Tree Bungalows is ideally located on the south western tip of Antigua at Falmouth Harbour in the Parish of St. Paul's. Guests at Banana Tree Bungalows can expect a peaceful environment to relax in. We are only a few minutes drive to two of Antigua's most beautiful beaches,Pigeon Beach and Galleon Beach, as well as only minutes away from some of its best restaurants and hotspots.

Banana Tree Bungalows is conveniently located near a public bus route, Bus 17. In addition, car rental companies are just a few minutes away, in English Harbour. Your car can be delivered to you at the airport on your arrival or at your cottage. Parking is conveniently at your doorstep. Whether you choose to rent a car or take a taxi from the airport, we will email you directions to your cottage before your arrival date.

Once settled in guests can of course simply sit back relax and enjoy sun, sand and sea as Antigua has some of the best weather and finest beaches in all of the Caribbean. For those seeking a little adventure there is much to do within close proximity to Banana Tree Bungalows including many of the nearby water sports and activities on offer including snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and sailing.

Well appointed in a good situation and a quiet neighbourhood. We had a hire car, but it is close to a local bus route, which are frequent, and fun to use.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tracey (the owner) a message.

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
