Villa 'Latitude 9' is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. It is close to three beaches, the nearest beach is only 300m walk from the villa. The airport is a 10 minute drive from the house.

The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort.2-storey, 280 square meters villa is beautifully designed and decorated in a contemporary style. It has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bedrooms plus an extra bathroom with shower on the ground floor. It offers a relaxed and comfortable stay with all the amenities - it is the perfect get away for those looking to relax and unwind in a stylish environment.

The ground floor is spacious and includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped and can comfortably seat up to six people at the breakfast bar. Through the large sliding glass doors from the living room, there's a patio with a dining table, bar and beautiful infinity pool where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets. The infinity pool tiles were specially imported from Bali.The TV has over 300 movies, which are updated monthly and over 300 TV channels. If you want to listen to your favorite music you can connect your iPod to the TV/Music system and enjoy listening through a high quality sound system both in and outdoors. Everything has been designed to make your stay easy and relaxing.

On the upper floor there are three en-suite bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms have king size double beds and the third - a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower "tropical rain”. The master bedroom has views of the coastline that few villas can match and enjoys a large balcony with seating. It also has TV with the same channels and movies as downstairs. The en-suite master bedroom caters to those that like to either shower or relax in a bath.The villa is in a community with 24 hour security and the villa manager provides cleaning services, garbage collection, pool maintenance and general maintenance.

Please read the following:

· Airport pick-up, house cleaning 2 times weekly and pool cleaning 2 times weekly are in the rental price included.

· If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we'll organize it for you and you will pay directly to the service provider.

· Electricity will be charged extra upon usage - This is common rule in Thailand.

· If you require any additional services like Thai cooking or baby sitter, please let us know and we will organize it for you; you will need to pay the service provider directly.

· As usual, we are charging a ‘caution’ to avoid any damages. Caution is refundable.

Das kürzlich errichtete, vollständig klimatisierte Haus befindet sich im nordöstlichen Teil der Insel, abseits des Straßenverkehrs, im gehobenen Wohngebiet Plai Laem, das auch als 'Beverly Hills von Koh Samui' bezeichnet wird. Der Strand Samrong Bay ist lediglich nur 300m von der Immobilie entfernt und die anderen beiden Strände sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Haus hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf den Golf von Thailand sowie auf die Nachbarinseln Koh Som und Koh Phangan.

Gegenüber liegt das Six Senses Luxus Resort.In 2 km Entfernung befindet sich Choeng Mon, in der sich vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden. Eine erst kürzlich eröffnete Shopping Mall ist in 8,4 km erreichbar und der grosse Obst- Gemüse- und Fischmarkt in 3,2 km. Das Bangrak Pier erreichen Sie nach nur 2 km und den Jungle Minigolfplatz nach 700 m. Vom Flughafen Ko Samui trennen Sie 3 km. Der malerische Strand von Cheong Mon ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt und hat eine feine Auswahl an traditionellen thailändischen und westlichen Restaurants, sowie romantischen Strandlokalen.

How do damage deposits work?

If Blanka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
