Lets first introduce ourselves. We are Ans & Jan, a Dutch couple living in Penang-Malaysia under MM2H for over 8 years.
We really enjoying this wonderful place!

This studio apartment, directly on the Tanjung Bungah beach offers space for 2 persons. Spacious fully equipped bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and sink)Amenities: kitchenette, coffee and tea maker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, cable tv and wifi .Enjoy the great balcony with a beautiful view over “The Malacca Straits”.The lovely pool, the beach and the sea, it,s all yours!Were to go for your breakfast, lunch or diner, so many food stalls and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport and taxi's are in front of the apartment. A unique place where you can forget the daily worries, a few days relaxing, dreaming, cycling, hiking, golfing, walking or swimming. What else do you need! A place worth to see, to stay and to pamper or spoil yourself!!
We like to help organizing a boat trip, including fishing and a BBQ on Monkey Beach.Or.. Are you a golfer? Join us for a 9 or 18 hole on one of the beautiful courses Penang mainland offers! Penang now is a melting pot of various cultures; Malay, Chinese, Indian, Arabic's, Eurasians, Punjabis, Japanese etc., and for them life goes on without the bustle or rat-race of a big city.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Ans (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
