A wonderfull view from the terrace on the olive grove will reset your energy and make you breathe clean fresh air. Our property is only 5 min walking distance to the beach... what else do you need for carfree, carefree and relaxing holiday?
An apartment!

The apartment is in a house situated in a calm thus central position and at the same time it is near the sea and the center of the village. It has a big kitchen with dining room, living room with pull out sofa bed (for 2), 2 double bedrooms, a terrace ideal for dining and a balcony. You're welcome to use the park and gardens around and the parking space. Wi-fi internet, plenty of space for playing (nearby there are a skate park, basket court), barbecue, kids and pets-friendly envirnoment ... and a perfect skyline for stars and moon watching on crisp summer nights.

We provide a weekly change clean bed linen and two times a week clean towels. Cleaning of the household is comprised in the price.

The supermarket, post and bank office, tourist agency, bars, restaurants, bakery are all withing the walking distance.

Want to go fishing? Wanto to go cliff jumping? Wanto to rent a scooter? Or just a horseback ride on the beautiful Brioni islands?

The fantastic oasis of the National park Brioni - 14 islands are marvellous - nature, flora and fauna, history, culture, sports (even polo and golf) and a lot of cristall clean water...

You'll be very near Pula which hides the Roman Amphiteatre and many other monuments, Vodnjan, nice little town that preserves the rests of venetian buildings. Pula is easly accessibile by public transport (bus stop at 100 m from the house) or by local taxi service.

In the summer you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a number of events organized in Fažana and Pula, as well as in neaby towns of Rovinj, Bale...music performances, children programmes, Pula Film Festival which is held in the spectacular Amphitheatre which is a must see!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicoletta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
