**[COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT - All surfaces of the property are cleaned with antiseptic liquid and a bottle is available for the residents. The property is exclusive to the residents (1000sqm plot) with private entrance and there are no common areas]**

Our country house is located 600m from the nearest beach in a very discreet location. It comprises three bedrooms (two twins, one double), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, total 75 sqm, on a 1000 sqm plot. All areas have a/c and there is a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The house is surrounded by big verandas and a lovely garden featuring a traditional well. There is private parking space for two cars. The property is 3 km from the town of Eretria.

*NEW* We recently added a tree house for the kids in the garden and 50 books of English literature to read!

Eretria is a popular beachside resort, with many taverns and a long beach promenade. The town hosts the Museum of Eretria and at the northern edge of the town lies one of the oldest known ancient theatres, along with the western gate, the stadium and the upper gymnasium.

There are no specific rules besides common sense. The property is ideal for pets as there is a 700sqm garden (house is located at center of 1000sqm plot). The property is in a discreet location so it is unlikely that neighbors will be annoyed by music, gatherings, parties, kids within reason. The property is also ideal for kids to play soccer, basketball,run around the garden with safety again within reason.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kostas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
