Description

Denia is situated on the magnificent coast of the Costa Blanca, between Alicante and Valencia. The old city has various attractions such as the central market and the 11th/12th century castle overlooking the city, the Parc Natural del Montgo, the torre del Gerro and the prestigious Marina.

Denia Marina is the maritime link between the Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Ferry's sail frequently to Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera. You may also take the tram south to Calp, Altea, Benidorm or Alicante.The bay boasts 20km of sandy beaches and rocky coastline.

If you enjoy eating out in restaurants, Denia and the surrounding area offers no end of great places to eat, including the 3 Michelin Star restaurant Quique Dacosta. The city is also famous for its bakeries and local confectionary.

If you like sport, you will not be disappointed. Denia offers watersports such as jet skiing, kite surfing, and watersking. There are a several golf courses located in the area. Particularly impressive are Oliva Nova Golf (an 18 hole par 72 designed by Severiano Ballesteros) and La Sella Marriot Resort & Spa with 27 holes (The 18 hole par 72 ). Walking and sight seeing are popular in the nearby national parks of Montgo and Pego Oliva and you may also take a roadtrip either along the coast to Valencia or into the interior, visiting local vineyards along the way.

This beautiful chalet completely renovated in 2016, is situated within 150m of the beach of Els Poblets, in a quieter area of the beach almadrava. The nearest bars, restaurants and other local amenities can be found within walking distance in almadrava beach. The city of Denia is 7km away and is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

A car is recommended to get to the property and for sightseeing, but there is a bus line to Denia downtown and the nearest stop is right in front of the house

This beautiful and spacious chalet features swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1,1mt to 1.7mt . The private garden features paved area, an outdoor kitchen and about 150 meters of garden, with a large tree for shade on very hot days. The privacy of this property is total.

The property's living room,on the first floor, is the ideal place to relaxon the sofa watching a movie or reading a book, or you can take advantage of the terrace which has a small sea view, located next to the living room. The dining room is located next to the kitchen The dining room is the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable after-earing talks with your loved ones. The kitchen has everything you need to create the best dishes. This original house has 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and have wardrobes. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 in suite and more the others 2. As a whole, it has air conditioning in the bedroom.
