Villa Oriola is a six person villa situated on a property with an atmospheric Spanish garden and a 9 by 4 meter private swimming pool protected with fences so very ideaal if you have kids and with lots of privacy.

The villa is situated in a residential area called Cala D'or surrounded by houses of which some are occupied by persons with different nationalities.

The villa has 3 bedrooms .

The master bedroom has its own bathroom an airconditioning and a 2 persons 90 X 210 cm! bed.

The two other bedrooms have access to the second bathroom.

The second bedroom has a 2 persons bed with airconditioning and the third bedroom has 2 separate beds (90 X200cm) and air-conditioning.

All bedrooms are equipped with Central Heating.

The living room has satellite TV, DVD player,airconditioning, central heating and a fireplace.

WiFi can be used on most of the property.

All the airconditioning in the bedrooms and living room are also able to provide heated air and there is a central heating system.

The brand-new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher,oven,stove,fridge/freezer and a microwave and can easily manage 6+ persons in case you want to receive visitors.

There is also a washing machine available and ironing facilities.

There is an outside kitchen, shower, toilet and BBQ facility available and you can relax by the pool with family and friends beneath one of the parasols.

There are plenty of chairs pool beds (8) a fatboy ( for two) hammock and some extra hammocks where you can relax and swing.

On top of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the view over the Mediterranean sea.

Around the house you will find a well maintained beautiful garden.

Within 2 km from the house there are 2 supermarkets for your daily needs ,a sand beach,restaurants and a tram that takes you in the direction of Alicante and Benidorm.

There is also a bus shuttle that takes you to Campello and beyond.

The busstop is 200m from the villa and you can use it to head for the beach (2 min) the tram station (3 min) or into Alicante.

The tram takes you in the direction of Benidorm or Alicante and beyond.

In the neighborhood...10 minutes driving time there are plenty of hyper- and supermarkets,restaurants,bars and more beaches with a boulevard and shops available.

Alicante and Benidorm/Albir can be reached in 20 minutes,the airport of Alicante in 25 minutes.

Bonalba Golf, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica (water and theme parks) can be reached in 25 minutes.

Towels and bedlinnen is included in the price as is the energy costs ,so no extra surprises in costs afterwards!

The deposit is returned after the house is left behind in a good and orderly state.

So various private places to relax and enjoy with good connections to the surrounding area.

Why can't I call Nicole (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Nicole (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicole (the owner) a message.

If Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
