80 Shady Lane (72226) ~ Bayside ~ Kingsbury Beach and Wiley Park Area

Cape style home located on a private side road. Kingsbury Beach is about .5 away and Wiley Park on Great Pond about the same in the other direction. Nice level yard that is great for kids to play. Private deck off back and enclosed outdoor shower. The first floor has a lovely living room with a flat screen TV with HULU service and Xfinity for Internet Service. A full bathroom with a shower is on this floor. All three bedrooms with A/C units are located on the second floor (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double) with a shared full bath with tub and shower. Ceiling Fans in LR and master BR. Owner occasionally has a cat when in residence, however, NO Pets Accepted. Tenant provides own bed linens & towels.
