Cozy apartment in a residential area very close to Denia and the beach with supermarket services, restaurants. Nice walk with park for children and beach bar. And sports areas tennis and paddle courts. Indoor pool gym and sports center The apartment is 1.5km from Denia we have two airports in Alicante the Altet and in Valencia the one in Manises AT ONLY 100KM We have 50km amusements such as a Terramitica theme park, ALSO a Water Park There are also two magnificent fields Golf at 2km LA SELLA Y OLIVANOVA at 15km From October to May 30, electricity and gas consumption is the responsibility of the customers.

Be cautious before booking, owner messaged to say that they could only accommodate Saturday to Saturday and also wanted more money than shown on the website.

Great family apartment

Well situated for the beach. Shared pool was never busy. Denia a 30 min walk away. Bars and supermarkets nearby. Really enjoyed our relaxing stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bernardo Africa (the owner) a message.

If Bernardo Africa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
