Description

Apartment on first line of beach, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub), kitchen and dining room bright with sofa bed, air conditioning and heating centrally for the entire apartment, which is controlled by a small device located in the dining room.

Underground parking place with direct access to flat with a small ramp to the elevator that takes you directly to the apartment.

Swimming pool with area for adults and an area connected with the large pool which will have half a meter of depth, dedicated to the little ones. Pool gives you the Sun from first thing in the morning until well into the afternoon. There is a schedule of rest in the estate of 15:00 to 17:00 where the pool is not used, or is used to do it in a respectful way and with low noise.

The apartment also features storage area, ideal for storing bicycles and beach equipment.

It is located close to restaurants, supermarkets and grocery stores. Just in front of the urbanization is the bus stop which takes you directly to the Centre of Denia. During the summer months there are years that put hours of free buses, but in any case, the frequency of buses in the summer season is very good. The estate consists of 32 apartments, is very quiet and ideal for families with small kids. It is located in first-line of beach and with direct access to it by a path of about 30 meters, which are just cars. The beach is one of the best in Denia and the best preserved. The proximity of hotel Los Angeles (a hotel) and some restaurants as La Naranja (Award for the best rice in the Valencian Community) makes that the beach is always in perfect condition. Is strategically very well located at a point by the amount of services and the proximity to the beach and the Centre of Denia, without being too close, thus avoiding the crowds of people and traffic, and allowing you to enjoy your holiday at 100%!

Getting around

This very well connected. At the door of the complex is the bus stop. By car it takes about 10 minutes Denia. There are also bike path to Denia. In the area there are two large supermarkets, hotels and restaurants and miscellaneous services.

How do damage deposits work?
