Acogedor bungalow en urbanización tranquila en la falda del Montgó. El bungalow se dispone en dos plantas. En la planta baja se ubica el salón-comedor y cocina americana totalmente equipada (microondas, inducción, frigorífico grande, etc), con salida a la terraza y acceso directo al jardín y piscinas. El salón dispone de Televisión con Smart TV y TV digital, así como DVD. En la planta superior hay dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con cama nido, ambas disponen de zona de almacenaje de ropa (armarios empotrados).

La urbanización dispone de zona de aparcamiento para propietarios, así como una amplia zona verde comunitaria con piscina. Hay dos piscinas, una de adultos y otra de niños pequeños. Tanto la piscina como las zonas verdes disponen de mantenimiento todo el año.

Ideal para familias que busquen una estancia agradable y sobre todo tranquila, por la tranquilidad de la urbanización. La urbanización es cerrada por lo que puede disfrutar de su estancia con sus hijos con una mayor seguridad y tranquilidad. Desde la terraza puede verse la piscina. El acceso de la terraza al jardín es directo, pudiendo disfrutar de zona soleada como con sombra de palmeras, con vistas al Montgó.

Puede disfrutar de este alojamiento todo el año, disfrutando del buen clima de la población de Denia.

En caso de que lo necesiten disponemos de cuna, así como de valla de protección de escalera tanto para niños como para su mascota. La casa está preparada para un total de 5 plazas.

Para la temporada de invierno la casa dispone de chimenea de leña, radiadores eléctricos, estufa de gas, así como edredones y mantas para las camas.

No se ofrece servicio de limpieza durante la estancia.
