Bungalow type completely independent, in a chalet residence. In the. Montgo area. Near the Rotas, ideal diving area and close to the promenade. The nearest beach is Marineta Cassiana, with poolside snack bar is sandy beach with parking area. The villa is in a super quiet area. It has community pool, shared with few houses .. 2 rooms. One double bed of 1.50. Another double with 2 beds of 90 cm each. Barbecue. Air conditioning cold and heat. Indoor fireplace firewood. also prepared for the winter. large sunny terrace. Parquet floor. Renovated and new furniture. new, clean and comfortable mattresses. full kitchen with hob. Bedding and kitchen utensils. Drinking utensils, blender, steam cooking. direct access to the pool at 4 steps out. small urbanization with few neighbors.

    En líneas generales el alojamiento cumplió con las espectativas. Pudimos descansar pues la zona es tranquila algo lejos de la playa si es lo que buscas que no era nuestro caso.

    Hemos pasado unos dias muy buenos,Patricia super atenta y el entorno nos ha gustado mucho, la casa limpia ,con la piscina al lado y la playa de les rotes a un momento de coche, para volver.

    Gracias por tu información y opinion. Siento que no te haya agradado todo de nuestra casa. La casa no tiene jardin, esta totalmente empedrado y lo que habras encontrado será el seto, que es de la comunidad, y pasa a recortarlo el jardinero . Si no recuerdo mal, paso antes de vuestra entrada.. No hay manguera porque no hay cesped, ni nada que regar. ni siquiera plantas. El jardinero se encarga de su riego. Los huespedes van a disfrutar de la casa, no a realizar tareas de jardineria. El cable que entiendo ves por fuera de la casa, esta pegado a la pared, pero ni mucho menos, por en medio, que pudiera dar lugar a caidas, tropiezos o peligro alguno.. Es una instalación exterior, junto a la pared. Los colchones son nuevos. De viscoelastica, con menos de 2 años de antiguedad. Aunque entiendo que no le pueda gustar a todo el mundo dicho material. y hay varias almohadas, para poder elegir. Respecto a las mosquiteras, si son fijas, para evitar que entren los mosquitos. Los muebles, podran gustar o no, pero no tienen quemaduras.De hecho solicitamos que no se fume.Nos esmeramos mucho, tanto nosotros como Maria que es quien nos ayuda en la casa, a que este todo al gusto de la mayoria de los huespedes. Aun asi, te agradezco, destacas, cosas importantes de la casa, como que la cocina tiene electrodomesticos nuevos, la barbacoa este bien, disfrutar de una piscina compartida pero que practicamente esta vacia, pues se trata de una urbanizacion pequeña. y la piscina es a tamaña de urbanización, no olimpica., Si falló alguna bombilla, lo siento, pero hemos estado en contacto varias veces, y nunca me informaron de esto. Siento mucho tus impresiones de vuestra estancia. Aun así, pasamos a revisar todos los detalles descritos , para mejorar la casa y mejorarla en todo lo que sea posible.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send PATRICIA (the owner) a message.

    If PATRICIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
