El chalet se llama "L'estudi", y tiene un gran jardín/ terraza con un precioso Algarrobo y dos almendros en su perimetro, ideal para comer o cenar a la fresca. Esta completamente cerrada en su exterior y tiene un acceso independiente del resto de las casas.La casa dispone de 3 habitaciones dobles, mas un pequeño altillo/loft arriba del salón, con dos camas y un sofa-cama. En un principio este espacio era la sala de estudio o lectura de la casa, por eso se llama el Estudi.
Esta casa tiene acceso directo a la piscina, dos cuartos de baño, cocina completa con lavavajillas, lavadora, Tv, garaje etc.......La cocina ha sido recientemente renovada por completo.
Esta casa, junto con otras 6 casas, forman parte de un mismo conjunto de casas, y digamos que se trata de una especie de pequeña urbanización de 6 chalets independientes que comparten algunas zonas comunes, como los accesos, la zona de juegos y la piscina, aunque cada casa funciona de forma independiente.La urbanización se llama "La Pau", todas son propiedad de la misma familia. Fueron diseñadas y construidas por el abuelo de la familia y todas tienen un estilo arquitectónico claramente mediterráneo.Toda la urbanización esta completamente cerrada, salvo la puerta de entrada y salida de la misma, por lo que los niños pueden jugar tranquilamente en el recinto.
La casas están en la zona denominada Les Rotes, que es la parte sur de Denia, por donde discurre un paseo marítimo precioso, de unos 6 Km, desde la ciudad, hasta casi el cabo de Sant Antonio.En esta zona, "Les Rotes", las playas son como pequeñas calas de pequeñas piedras, siendo toda la zona reserva marítima, donde se practica mucho el submarinismo o snorkel, por estar la fauna y flora de la reserva protegida,a si como también por sus aguas cristalinas.
Existen varios restaurantes y arrocerias de renombre en la zona. Al lado del club náutico y sin llegar al casco urbano de Denia, están hay otras doy playas de arena, que se llaman La Marineta Casiana. Son playas de fina arena y de poca profundidad, ideales para los niños. La playa que esta mas cerca del club náutico es la mas concurrida, supongo que por tener un xiringuito, pero la segunda es mucho mastranquila i solitaria merece la pena por sus vistas a Denia.La casa esta a unos 1,5 kilómetros de Denia, y dando un bonito paseito de unos 20 minutos por el paseo al lado del mar, se llega a Denia, o a la zona del Club Náutico, donde hay numerosos restaurantes, bares y pubs.
Cerca también hay un supermercado que abre todos los días.
Existe un servicio de autobuses urbanos cerca de las casas, aunque es recomendable disponer de vehículo para tener una mayor movilidad.Pueden consultar los horarios en esta pagina:
