Elegance at a great price

White Seagull is our Master Studio perched high on the hillside gazing down at Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, Hart Bay with sweeping views of the Caribbean Ocean and outer islands. The Caribbean breezes are sure to keep you cool and comfortable.

Designed and built with love, the details of this studio are like no other because your space is not limited to a one-room suite. There are 3 levels for you to enjoy: The Master Studio, the upper private Sky Lounge that is only accessible through your space and the lower courtyard that is shared with my residence.

This Master Studio is a one-room suite tastefully furnished with a gorgeous hand-carved Mahogany King bed, treasured heirloom antiques, with a comfortable living room area will make you feel like royalty. The one-room suite is divided by sliding french doors separating the bedroom/living area from the kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to create a special meal or a lunch for the beach.

The private Sky Lounge has views that are simply stunning day or night. Savor your favorite drink or frosty tropical beverage while gazing far beyond the shores. At night, stargaze or view the sparkling lights of St. Thomas - how romantic!

Located on the lower level courtyard is the pool to float your cares away in the refreshing waters while taking in the ocean views. There you'll also find a BBQ grill for preparing a delicious meal to start your evening activities. Parking is private off-street beside the ornate double wooden doors to the courtyard gracing the entrance to your studio.

Located only 1.2 miles from the town of Cruz Bay and about 5 minutes to the North Shore beaches. St. John is known for the 4-wheel drive Jeeps. We drive on the LEFT and fun driving up and down roads, around curves at slow speeds of 20 to 30 miles per hour. Getting to your studio is easy with paved roads and the private off-street parking area is flat.

This villa is not suitable for children.

I live on site to offer any assistance you may need to ensure a relaxing and wonderful vacation experience for you.

This hilltop accommodation is located only a few minutes from downtown Cruz Bay and about 5 minutes from the first of the North Shore beaches and 1.2 miles to town.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
