Luxury Retreats International has rated Palm Vista as one of the top 10 villa views in the world! You may have seem the villa on HGTV as scenes for their show "Caribbean Life" were filmed at Palm Vista.

After the hurricanes the villa was repainted and refurbished with new cushions for the couch and newly upholstered furniture inside and new chaises from Frontgate on the pool deck.

The villa is equipped with Solar panels & Tesla power walls to provide electricity during power outages.

Plus Palm Vista also has received Trip Advisor’s "Award of Excellence" twice as well as the “Best Villa Rental” Award. Palm Vista is a sparkling clean island style villa situated 500 feet above sea level on the boundary of the national park. The 280 degree panoramic views are unparalleled on the south shore; providing views all the way to Ram Head and sunrises in the east, looking south into Reef Bay, Fish Bay and Rendezvous Bay, and to the west for great sunsets. The site gives you the ultimate in privacy, yet you are close enough to hear the gentle sounds of the surf below.

Guests have the flexibility to rent 1, 2 or all 3 bedrooms based upon a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom, priced accordingly. Rates are based upon double occupancy; 1-2 guests = 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests = 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests = 3 bedrooms. You can pay an additional cleaning fee if you desire additional bedrooms.

The un-rented bedrooms are locked; at no time would we rent the property to two different parties at one time.

The vaulted ceiling Great Room constructed of native stone walls and travertine marble floors, has 20' wide sliding glass doors to the south providing a great ocean view as well as French doors to the east for more ocean and pool views and to enjoy the cooling trade winds. The large sectional couch provides comfortable seating and the new Samsung 44" flat panel TV is connected to satellite dish with 120 channels as well as DVD. There is also a bar and stools; perfect for entertaining.

Each of the three central air conditioned bedroom suites has their own luxury bath, with Walter Zanger tiled vanities trimmed in mahogany. Plenty of shelving for easy living, plus large travertine showers. Each bedroom has satellite TV as well as wonderful ocean views!

The main level has a large Veranda which wraps around the south and east of the home, covered in coral and amply furnished for relaxing and dining. The views from the veranda are too good to describe - this is where you will spend your time, enjoying the cooling trade winds. The veranda flows to the pool deck, also covered in beautiful natural coral stone.

Palm Vista was completed with loving care as you will see, from the hand made pottery light fixtures, the detailed tile work, the beamed ceilings to the star fish adorned bulkheads no detail was spared. Come and experience the paradise of Palm Vista!

A rental car is required for your stay; a 2 dr or 4 dr 4WD Wrangler is recommended. Not because you will need 4 wheel drive, but these cars sit higher off the road making the hilltop turns easier and more comfortable. Road/construction: in 2022 work is underway to bury the utility lines on the major roadways. This may cause some slight traffic delays. Also, sometime in 2022 or 2023 construction of a new home is scheduled to occur nearby towards the end of Skytop road.

How do damage deposits work?

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
