COZY COTTAGE BY GARDEN OF THE GODS, (3 BEDROOMS, 1 FULL BATHROOM, SLEEPS 6) IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AREA ATTRACTIONS. QUIET STREET, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. "PICTURE WINDOW" offers a GREAT VIEW OF PIKES PEAK. The house has two bedrooms with two queen-sized beds in each bedroom and a comfortable futon in the third bedroom, a Living Room with Italian Leather Furniture, a dining room for 8 guests, a full kitchen, and a breakfast room. Big backyard with a brand new BBQ grill and a privacy fence, patio, and patio furniture for 6 guests.

GREAT LOCATION: Restaurants, shops, parks, and some attractions are within walking distance from the property. The communal pool is just 2 miles away. Garden of the Gods is less than 2 miles away.

The cottage is located in Old Colorado City, a historic town and a former capital of the State of Colorado, about two miles to Manitou Springs less than two miles to Garden of the Gods, and about five minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. It is only four blocks from the National Historic District of Old Colorado City with its restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, and museums.

There is a supermarket 3 blocks away if you need any groceries.

There are two parks right by the property too. There are Academy Stables near the property for horseback riding. There are tons of activities for kids and adults: Indian Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak Cog Rail, Miramont Castle, Santa's Workshop, Seven Falls, Air Force Academy, Museums, Restaurants, etc. There are a lot of trails, creeks, and lakes around.
