Come and vacation at this one of a kind Beach front four bedroom Cottage with pool and private beach access. This Direct Ocean tri-level Beach Cottage can accommodate up to ten guests.

Enjoy the large screen TV in the great room while you relax on the comfortable furniture.

Have a drink or snack on the private Ocean-side deck. Feel the Ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the Ocean.

Just outside the French doors of the Master suite you can bar-b-que on the grill, entertain friends and family or bring everyone inside to dine at the pub table that seats eight. The additional breakfast bar can accommodate four more guests.

Open the great room sliding glass doors to the deck that overlooks the pool. You can enjoy a game of horseshoes in the enclosed courtyard or take a towel and Beach chair to the ocean and watch the waves roll in or just enjoy the beach lifestyle.

If you want to vacation with another family, have a family reunion or have an occasion to celebrate with a party, the adjacent house that sleeps up to ten people is just a courtyard away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sea & Sun Realty (the owner) a message.

    If Sea & Sun Realty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
