Our home was the SHOW HOME for Glenbrook when it was developed. We have EVERY amenity offered.

Maximum of 12-14 guests allowed in the villa at any time. Sleeping and/or including anyone visiting. *there may be an additional charge for additional guests over 12 people. ie, 13th, 14th, and/or 15th guest staying in the villa to accommodate for extra linens used and cleaning of them etc. 15th guest would have to be in a toddler and/or baby in the playpen(s), no exceptions.

Minimum age for primary/responsible guest is at least 25 years of age. If a group booking is not family & children members, all guests must be at least 25.

Preferably no sporting event bookings with Coaches and children/high school/university or frat gatherings, unless pre-approved by owner.

No use of Villa for Video and/or Still photography purposes.

No Weddings or Reunion gathering permitted unless approved by owner.

No subletting or transferring of any booking to another guest whatsoever, unless approved by owner.

A current Booking & Terms and Conditions form must be completed, agreed to, and signed prior to securing a booking.

Cleaning costs are per stay, if mid stay clean or weekly cleans are required that can be arranged through the Owners management company at an extra cost, however, absolutely no outside cleaning persons/companies/agencies are allowed to clean the Villa.

Bookings are not secured/guaranteed until full deposit is received by the owner.

Getting around

It is very simple to get anywheres! The 27 highway adjacent to us, leads north and south, meets up to the 192. The 192 highway is the main highway to head to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and all the gift shops! Off the 192 you will have a few intersections which carefully lead onto the other freeways, like the I4 to Orlando (Sea World, Universal), or World Drive (Disney freeway), its all clearly marked and easy to get to!

Interaction with guest

I am very hands on with every guest so you don't have to worry about a thing! Once you book, I will send you a welcome email, with booking forms, then confirm all details and requirements of your stay. I am always a phone call, email or text away! I have a highlight sheet of suggestions to help you plan that "Perfect Holiday!". No question is ever too small or silly! a week or so prior to arrival you will receive another email from me with travel directions and door codes. The house is completely keyless thus you do not have to meet up with management to retrieve a key.Once you arrive at The Villa Esquire I will be calling or emailing if your not around during normal hours, to follow up and make sure you have figured everything out!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
