From the owner

In Chissay en Touraine, we offer our comfortable cottage, an independent house of medieval origin, with a strong history, backed by the hill, for 4 people. Restored, furnished with objects found at the discretion of flea markets (one of the passions of the hostess) and therefore decorated with a little old spirit: It consists on the ground floor, an entrance, a living room, a kitchen / dining room of 31m² with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, toaster etc .., a separate toilet, a bathroom with a large shower and a plan with 2 sinks. On the floor, a room of 21m ² with 1 bed of 160 cm and another room with 2 beds of 90 cm. We provide: garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs. A closed shelter is available for bikes or other. Your vehicle can be put in a garage. The property is closed. Practical side, we provide sheets, towels, kitchen and drugstore products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper ..). Depending on your needs, you can have an umbrella bed up to 3 years (baby linen is not provided) and a baby high chair and a bath. Our animal friends are not accepted. Electricity, gas and water are extra, (7 € / day) The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the holidaymaker (ask us). Possibility of taking the cleaning option of 45 €, the cleaning fee does not exempt to leave the house in order "in good father". 10 € / day for one child (0 to 5 years) additional beyond 4 adults and a baby (for 4 adults and 2 babies) POSSIBILITY OF SHORT STAYS, CONTACT ME FOR MORE INFORMATION Located 2 km from Montrichard, you have all the amenities at your disposal: restaurants, cinema, doctors, shops, market on Friday ... For your stay you will find all the diversity that can offer Touraine. the castles with Chenonceau, Amboise, Loches ... the Clos de Lucé, the gardens, fishing at 1 km, aquatic center at 4 km, amusement park at 20 km, hiking, mountain biking from the cottage, horse riding, the park Beauval and the pandas, the wines, the Tours specialties.

How do damage deposits work?
