Located in Cox Creek Acres, this detached vacation home and is 30 miles from Baltimore. It provides free private parking. With a large swimming pool, pool towels, outdoor dining area for 8 and much more.

There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher. A flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player are featured. There is a shared bathroom with a bath.

Relax by the house pier, which is located just across the street, or take a walk or a bike ride around this gorgeous relaxing area.

Free use of bicycles and car rental are available 5 miles away from the property. Annapolis is 10 miles from DULCE VIDA AT CHESTER, and Saint Michaels is 11 miles away. The nearest airport is Baltimore - Washington International Airport, 26 miles from DULCE VIDA AT CHESTER

This is a luxury country house with many sentimental and personal valuable items, we offer soft linens from Pottery barn and other brands, furniture by restoration hardware and decoration from all over the world. The house has a 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, there is an additional bedroom which is a suite with private bathroom, steam shower, and a bathtub looking the beauty of nature ( please refer to the price for the master suite rental). Family and living room with a separate dining area. The house is one floor, no need to go up and down the stairs, with beautiful sliding glass doors that open to the pool and garden area and surrounded by large pine trees and a fence that covers the private pool area.

Beach towels, pool accessories, 2 bikes are provided for the guests. The house is equipped with a 10-15 private parking. This property is the Ideal destination for weddings, ceremonies, meetings, family vacation or just to get away and relax for a weekend.

NOTE:

ANY EVENTS MUST BE RESERVE SEPERATLY, NO EVENTS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT THE OWNERS PERMISSION. The maximum parties for the rental are the ones listed when booking. We offer a full kitchen with a 12 dinnerware table settings, 8 table setting for the pool area, glass and champagne glasses, wine stands, tablecloths, candles etc... we have all you need to feel at home.

If there is a need for any accessible items not listed, please advice beforehand, as these items need to be placed in the respective rooms or showers prior your arrival.

We offer a master suite at an additional fee of $500.00 per night, any additional guests over 8 pays an additional 200.00 per night (this is not including the master suite). If you rent the entire house with the master suite the total guests that can be accommodated are 10. We can provide you with an air bed that accommodated 2 for the 200.00 additional fee for each person.

We offer seasonings for cookout, propane and charcoal grill, all you need for a relax vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
