Our holiday home, Cozy 4 br house w seaview (Zappy2) is newly renovated (late 2015), fully furnished & equipped with comfortably new, luxurious surroundings. Amazing, beautiful sea view right from the two bedrooms + 2nd floor balcony. Complete with very nice big communal swimming pool, beautiful lush tropical garden and very nice walking paths up the hills with fantastic sea views. Only minutes away from golden beaches and turquoise seas of Koh Samui, restaurants, cafes, local food stalls, entertainment venues and amenities.

Slightly inset from the beach front (2 minute drive to Bangkok beach, 5-10 minute drive to world famous beaches like Chaweng, Choeng Mon…), and on the side of a hill, the location of Phathong Residence Seaview House offers both the little cooler comfort of being near the hills while still very close to everything and still have very nice sea views.

The house itself is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. All bedroom have air conditions and new king size beds. Three bathrooms with hot showers make living easy. Upstair bathroom have a bath tub/shower with sea view.

The living room has two sofas, floor cushions, smart TV and sound system. The living room adjoins directly to the cozy big terrace with a big sofa and coffee table set and also to the kitchen via sliding glass doors. Wireless Internet is available in the house (and the internet is only for our guests, so the speed is always around 10Mb).

The dining area will seat 4-6 people comfortably with a hand made dining table and designer dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, rice cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, oven and gas stove. All necessary cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are provided.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned with individual, remote controlled units, although the breeze from the outdoors and fans often makes it unnecessary.

Within the property grounds, there is a large swimming pool with a kids paddling pool in one corner. There is also very nice walking paths around the area and the around hill side with fabulous sea views.

The beachfront is only a 10 minute walk (1-2 min drive) away and offers access to a host of beautiful resorts and their facilities. If you especially enjoy being by the beach and the sea and feel like spoiling yourself, many of these resorts offer fine dining, massages and spas and are happy to accommodate day-use guests.

For the more adventurous, there are seaside water sports such as jet skies, boat rides, para-gliding, wind surfing, banana boat water sledge rides, beach volley ball, horse back riding and fishing, all available at very reasonable rates.

If you're on a gastronomic adventure, and truly there is no better place to be than Samui. Fill up at the local food stalls that offer cheap food and drinks or at one of the numerous restaurants a short walk away. After a long day, sit back and unwind to live music performances at various venues.
