Baan Suwan (Bright House) is located in the Chaweng/Bophut hills, with commanding views of Chaweng Bay and as far as Big Buddha/Ban Rak Bay.

As the villa is popular with repeat bookings it gets booked more than a year in advance, so early booking is recommend.

The villa offers twice a week house keeping with towel and bedding change when staying 7 days.l and longer.

The community is made up of a variety of quality, individually designed homes with the added benefit of gated security.

The villa has been visited by a TripAdvisor representative, and has received the "VISITED BY TRIPADVISOR" badge on our page.

So our guests can enjoy their holiday experience to the full, unlike many other villas we do not restrict our guests with check in and check out times. The villa is yours from when you arrive until you depart regardless of time of day at no extra cost.

To enable us to keep the rental prices low on the villa electricity in extra and charged at local rate of Baht 5.5 per unit, and to be settled locally on check-out.

(As an example of electricty cost we had a family of 6 staying 10 days over the Christmas period and their electricity use was B1,400/AUD53.00 for the 10 days)

Fitted and fully furnished with European kitchen; oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, food blender, filter coffee machine and a Dolche Gusto Coffee Pod machine.

The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard to give you that added feel of living in a private stylish home. The villa is fitted with light dimmers through-out, inside and outside to provide that extra cozy feeling at night time. The pool also have changing mood lights.

The villa provides approx. 275 sqm. of living space. Off-road parking and covered parking for several motorbikes.

The villa offers stunning day and night time views over the jungle towards Chaweng town and the ocean beyond, with views of the gold coverd Wat Khao Hua Jook temple in the distance which shines like a beacon when hit by the late afternoon sun. The hilly terrain reaches approximately 90 metres above sea level , whilst enjoying being in a peaceful and quiet jungle location however still only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng.

Baan Suwan is located just minutes from Chaweng Beach and all amenities, the new Central Festival Mall with it's international shops and restaurants, and the small local shops on the beach road for your local hand made goods.

This villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with two queen size beds, and one king-size in the master bedroom with it's own large en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, and sliding doors onto your private ocean view terrace. .

The second bathroom is fitted with a large shower area and are shared by the other two guest bedrooms. Both bathrooms are also fitted with fan's.

All bedrooms have blue tooth speakers and safes. The master bedroom safe can accommodate laptops, and the safes in the other guest bedrooms can accommodate iPads.

All bedrooms are fitted with flat screen tv's and Apple TV boxes which enables you to stream from your device onto the TV, or connect to your Netflix acccount.

The outdoor terrace has a covered lounge and dining area, both seating 6 guests, which provide ample of space for you to relax day and night. On the terrace you will also find sun loungers, parasol's and comfort beanbags for your relaxation by your private pool.

The indoor spacious lounge and dining area with its high vaulted ceilings both provides seating for 6 guests, and two large sliding patio doors that gives you the feeling of being outside when inside.

In the lounge area a 43 inch TV, fibre optic WiFi and a Apple TV box for streaming from your smart device and a blue tooth Ipod docking station.

Quality bath, pool towels and bed linens are provided along with twice a week house keeping, twice weekly pool and garden service.

Just 5 minutes to Lotus super store (cinema, bowling and shopping) and 10 minutes to the beach (Chaweng, Ban Rak or Bophut).

Included is a welcome hamper of food and drinks for your arrival, bathroom amenity packs and dressing gowns are provided for your comfort.

Due to the location of the villa we recommend car or moped hire.

How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
