La Brisa is a very exclusive property consisting of 14 luxury apartments located on a privilege place at Playa del Carmen just half a block away from Mamitas Beach and 1 block away from the famous 5th Avenue, full of bars, shops and restaurants.

This fully furnished property is located on the first floor, featuring luxury finishing such as granite countertops, marble floors and taylor-made wooden closets.

It offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room area, 3 bedrooms( 1 Bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 Bedroom with 2 1,35x2 mts beds and 1 bedroom with a coach big enough for 2 people. All bedrooms have in-suite bathroom with shower.

it offers also Laundry room and a small terrace.

Common services include: parking lot, elevator, and solarium, gym and pool at the roof offering breathtaking sea views.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If ILKA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
