This Fully Furnished, Three Bedroom, Two Full Bath Home is Complete With a private, In-ground, electrically heated pool within a screened lanai surrounded by palm trees. It is located Within a quiet residential neighborhood in southeast Cape Coral, Florida. We are Just 25 Minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (RSW), 35 Minutes from Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), 90 Minutes from Sarasota Airport (SRQ), and two hours from Tampa Airport (TPA) and St. Petersburg Airport (PIE).

This Florida-style Home Has 2 Disappearing Sliding Glass Doors from the Family Room to the Screened in Lanai, As Well As a Disappearing Slider Master Bedroom Door - All Set Up to Open You Up to the Outside Lanai. a Beautiful Kidney Shaped Solar Heated Pool, Patio, and Screened Lanai is the Prime Feature of the Property. There is Plenty of Outdoor Seating Including a Table for Six (6) and Several Lounge Chairs.

The well equipped kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster, microwave, Etc. – Everything you could possibly need, including a Kegerator!

The Family Room provides a comfortable couch and Love Seat as well as a leather Lazy Boy chair with two ceiling fans for high comfort, as well as a screened porch off of the front entrance to allow for a true open air enviroment. The Dining Room has a table for four, and the Kitchen also has seating for four people.

In Addition to a Full Refrigerator, Gas Stove, and Dish Washer, a Full Size Kegerator is Available for Use (beer Not Provided) As Well As a Small Dormitory Style Refrigerator.

Villa Ranalli Feels Very Spacious and Open, While at the Same Time Offering a Split Bedroom Layout for Privacy. the Pool and Patio Area Are in full sun from dawn to dusk, Assuring You of Wonderfully Warm Afternoons As Well As Breath-taking Sunrises and Sunsets.

The Entire House is Air Conditioned (new 2016). All Rooms Are Equipped With new Ceiling Fans Throughout. the Master Bedroom Features a King-size Bed, Cable Tv, Private Bathroom With Walk-in Shower, and Walk-in Closet. the 2nd Bedroom Has a Queen bed, Cable Tv Within an Enclosed Dresser, Full Closet, While the 3rd Bedroom Provides a Full bed With Closet. There is high speed WiFi throughout the house as well.

Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands Are All Within a Short and Easy 25 - 30 Minute Drive. the Popular Cape Coral Beach is Also Just a Short 5-10 Minute Drive, As Are Many Tremendous Golf Courses. We Also Have Four (4) Sets of Golf Clubs for Use, As Well As Many Beach Chairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
