As the apartment is central, all of Cannes is within walking distance. There are plenty of taxi's if required and the local bus service is excellent. Cannes Train Station is about a 2km walk. Bicycle / Moped rental available locally.

“Cannes Film Festival Gem!”

Late review from last year's Cannes FF 2017 stay! Every bit of the stay was perfect, all due to this lovely apartment. Will stay again for sure. Spacious, clean, efficient and supberb location. Meet and greet the best & everything so smooth. Would love to come by on holiday time too! Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!

“Excellent location and beautifully furnished”

The apartment is spotless and furnished very elegantly. I stayed for three nights in March as part of a work convention and found the location, facilities and safety aspect second to none. Sabine is a lovely lady who greets you on arrival and collects the keys on departures. I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again or to recommend it to friends and work colleagues.

“Great Apartment”

Fantastic location, the only minor negative was the busy main road which is between the apartment and the beach, although not a fast moving road and does go quiet a tad now and again. It's close to the town centre, a nice short walk along the promenade past the marina, and even closer to some great restaurants on the beach...the Alba was fantastic The apartment has everything you need and has a good private entrance and parking behind secure gates. Both bathrooms are very clean and fantastic and the views are to die for. Sabine who meets and greets you is a gem and arrival and departure was like clockwork.

“The Perfect Holiday Property”

This is my 3rd year renting this apartment, I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and directly opposite the beach. A short walk to the centre of Cannes. The property is always clean and well looked after.

“Great apartment in central Cannes”

We spent a week in this beautiful, perfectly tidy apartment with our two kids, aged 3 and 6. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a big, but very neat apartment building. The kids shared one of the bedroom, my wife and I occupied the other one. Each bedroom has two beds which can be configured as a double bed or as separate beds. For me, the bed was a tad bit short, as always due to the French standard length of 190cm, but luckily there are no boards or bars at the bottom end of the bed. Both bedrooms are spacious, have generously sized closets, air conditioning and rolling shutters. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with sink, shower and toilet. The other bathroom (with the same equipment) is accessible from a small hallway that connects the bedrooms with the other rooms via a door. This door provides reasonable noise isolation towards the bedrooms, so you can talk and behave normally in the other rooms while the kids are sleeping in their bedroom. The living/dining room is has an awesome view of the sea through two big windows. There's air conditioning, TV and a WiFi router. The WiFi is included but not very fast, I did measure about 6 MBit downstream. I can't comment on the TV and the available channels since we did not use it. The two big windows open to the large, south-facing patio surrounded by waist-high walls from where you have an even better view of the sea. Only a road is between the patio and the beach, so one is really close, though there's no direct exit from the patio. The road is quite busy, so it's not really quiet outside. The kitchen is small, but has everything one needs: A fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a stove, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The owner has created a nice "user's manual" for the apartment that explains all the technical stuff. One should really read it since there are some surprising features such as wall outlets that are operated via a light switch and heated anti-fog mirrors. Also there are many valuable hints where to shop and eat in Cannes. All of Cannes is practically in walking distance from the apartment, it's just a few minutes walk to the old port and the Croisette. In the immediate surroundings there are a few restaurants, a pretty good bakery and a park with a playground.

“lovely, lovely.... perfect location”

Just like in the photo... absolutely perfect location. It's a little gem. We sat outside all the time we were not sleeping. !! Would highly recommend. Nicely kitted out - it even has a few fold up chairs to take to the beach - which as you can see is not very far. Very secure entrance etc. - we had a fabulous girlie long weekend. Great communications with the owner - lovely and clean.

“Highly recommended apartment in Cannes”

We stayed with our two young children (aged 4 & 2) for three days in April. The apartment is lovely with two large bedrooms and great sea views from the spacious living room and outdoor terrace. The apartment is situated directly across the road from a lovely Beach, and a short 10 -15 minute stroll along the seafront brings you to the Croisette and all that Cannes has to offer. Ciaran, the owner has been very hands-on and helpful with information during the rental process. While as Sabine, the meet & greet person is a lovely lady. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place to stay in Cannes!

“Best place to stay”

What a great place to stay and enjoy in Cannes. Best location one can find next to the sandy beach. The property is walking distance away from all the restaurants and main Cannes town and to be honest, you can't expect for more. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. It's like a home away from home. It's got everything you need in an apartment. Ciaran has been very helpful in providing all the information required before we reached at the property and Sabine took over from there and she was equally brilliant. Both of them made our trip a lot easier and relaxing. There is a sandwich, ice-cream shop just few metres away from the property and they sell one of the best paninis and ice-creams I ever had. Thanks a lot Ciaran and Sabine for letting us stay at the property. We will definitely be staying at the same property whenever we are visiting Cannes again.

“Beautiful Apartment, fantastic location”

Stayed in Cannes for ILTM in December. This apartment is a real treat, beautifully presented and ideal location. After ILTM my family came to stay, 2 teenagers and they had no complaints! Great spot for shopping, business, family. In walking distance of everything, including some great restaurants.

“Perfect place to stay”

Excellent place to stay. Located right on the sea front but far enough away from the commercial part of Cannes so it wasn't too busy. However it was close enough to be able to walk to all the sights and a very wide choice of restaurants. There was a patisserie next door so we started each day with fresh croissants.The accommodation was exactly as listed and spotlessly clean Ciaran the owner, and Sabine, the agent, provided first class customer service. I would definitely recommend it.
