This is a cosy rooftop studio has been recently refurbished (2014). Located in the heart of Cannes, this unique studio is the perfect mix of authentic and modern. It is perfect for anybody coming to Cannes.

Studio Andi is located on the fifth floor of a typical bourgeois style French building in the centre of Cannes. Please note there is no lift.

The rooftop design of the apartment makes the apartment a light space what with the overhead windows. It is located in The Rue D Alger, only five minutes away from the Palais des Festivals.

The entire apartment is open-plan, as most studios are, but this one is spacious yet cosy. On entering the apartment you come into the living and kitchen area.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table for four. There is a large comfortable sofa from which you can watch the flat screen TV or sit with your laptop and benefit from the internet installed in the apartment. The sofa also pulls out into a large sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

On the other side of the apartment, set in a cosy alcove, is the main sleeping area with a large double bed. The tucked-away alcove, with the slanted roof, provides an extra snug sleeping arrangement.

The separate bathroom has also been recently refurbished with unique, quality fittings. With its charming spa atmosphere and the hydro-massaging shower, it's the perfect place to relax.

The sleeping arrangements of a double bed and a sofa bed facilitates the sleeping of two single people or a couple and a child. The studio is however quite snug so not really appropriate for more than two people at a time.

Note should be made of the low ceilings at the far end of the apartment which could cause a problem for taller guests. Entering the sleeping area may be challenging for those with limited motion or back problems. However, it makes for a very cosy and comfortable sleep.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, WIFI and satellite TV. This is a lovely and very cosy rooftop studio but may not be suitable for certain guests due to slight height restrictions.

The Palais des Festivals is a five minute walk away, the city centre is on your doorstep and the beaches are only a few minutes away. It is therefore ideal for both holiday makers and business professional attending congresses at the Palais.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
