From the owner

Delightful detached 3 bedroom villa within the quiet residential location of La Vallesa, Calpe. The villa is set in secluded gardens which include a private pool terrace, outdoor BBQ kitchen and al fresco dining area. Furnished and equipped to the highest standards, this lovingly cared for home from home is the perfect holiday retreat for couples and families.

Conveniently located for the local supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the magnificent blue flag beaches of Playa Levante and Playa Del Arenal which are all within a 5 minute drive or fifteen minute walk.

The property is on two floors. The entrance hall leads to two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a dresser, and fitted wardrobes with ample storage. The other bedroom room has two single beds, again with large fitted wardrobes. There is a large, recently renovated bathroom on the ground floor which also contains the washing machine in a recess.
The entrance hall leads through into the lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, the latter of which includes a breakfast bar with additional appliances such as a coffee machine, juicer and full size dishwasher. The property has heating throughout by way of marble radiators that are electrically fed and controlled by individual thermostats. Air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms and there is a safe in the property to secure valuables.

On the 1st floor which is accessed from a staircase in the dining area, is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a large shower room en suite, which also contains fitted wardrobes and storage areas. From the master bedroom, there is exclusive access to the secluded rooftop patio which is furnished with two sun loungers, a table and two chairs. This space is ideal for privacy, a great sun trap and the perfect place for a sunset drink with fabulous views of the Penon de ifach (Calpe's Rock) and the coast!

The perimeter of the villa is screened with established trees giving privacy. There are extensive patio areas and a fabulous swimming pool which is fully maintained throughout the year.

The villa has a garage and a car port in addition to an extensive off road parking area suitable for 3 cars behind double gates. There are excellent security measures at the perimeter of the villa, both the main entrance gate and the gates to the garage and car port are opened by key only from either side making a secure environment and excellent for children.
