Villa au coeur de la forêt de chênes verts sur un terrain de plus d'un hectare, nombreuses essences tels que pins, oliviers, ciste, orchidées sauvages etc... Environnement calme, sans vis à vis (mais non isolé) adapté pour passer un moment en toute quiétude.

Chambre d'hôtes climatisée y compris salle d'eau et wc, indépendante avec terrasses privatives et accès direct à la piscine.

Villa adaptée pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Les motards sont les bienvenus.

Le logement :

Belle chambre privative entièrement refaite, climatisée, tout confort, d'environ 18 m2 y compris sa salle d'eau avec une grande douche à l'italienne, un lavabo, un wc, un sèche serviettes électrique, un sèche cheveux. Le linge de bain principalement en fibre de coton est fourni [tapis de bain, serviettes, draps de bain piscine etc...]. Le linge de lit principalement en satin de coton est fourni [alèses, draps housse, draps, boutis coton ou dessus de lit en fibre polyester. La chambre est composée de 2 lits de 90 cm x 190 cm avec matelas de 22 cm traité anti-acariens [literie neuve] ; possibilité de faire un grand lit de 180 cm x 190 cm [le préciser avant votre arrivée pour la mise en place]. Rangement : Placard miroir de 4 étagères dans la SDB + une penderie avec cintres et 3 étagères dans la chambre. Les accès de la chambre sont directs et possibilité de garer votre véhicule à quelques pas et ainsi décharger vos effets personnels.

Accès des voyageurs :

L'accès à la piscine est direct depuis la chambre, des transats, coussins et parasols sont fournis. A partir de 21 h pas de baignade le robot prenant le relais pour le nettoyage.

* Egalement pour assurer votre parfaite indépendance, une cuisine d'été attenante à la chambre toute équipée est à votre disposition pour y prendre vos repas ou brunchs.

Le quartier :

Villa située à 5 km du village de Callas dans une forêt de chênes verts mêlés d'oliviers sur un terrain d'un hectare, au calme mais non isolée, vous saurez apprécier cette tranquillité qui y règne et serait attentifs au seul chant des oiseaux et bruissements des arbres pour une détente en parfaite harmonie avec la nature.

Autres remarques :

Dans la chambre une cafetière, café, thé, dosettes sont à votre disposition pour un café ou un thé en toute intimité et sans contrainte.

Si vous désirez un petit déjeuner il est offert [café, thé, pain, confitures artisanales etc...]. Le petit déjeuner est servi de 8h30 à 10 h30.

To the sights are numerous and there is something for everyone. Callas small charming village located on the road of the Gorges de Pennafort also Verdon will seduce you with its authenticity, Provencal market, its oil mill, its soap factory, but the workshop figurines and other small treasures ... for lovers of the beautiful to the eye and good for taste, many wine and olive fields in Callas but also around, I'd be happy to tell you their address.

    How do damage deposits work?
