85m2 apartment 3 bedrooms (1 room with double bed and 2 junior bedrooms, one with trundle bed for 2 people), 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and balcony. Ground floor with direct access to the pool and communal garden. As is the usual residence is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV, wi-fi. Very nice and well decorated. It is on the beachfront just 50 meters from the beach. Located in the town of Calella with all amenities close by: supermarket, hospital. Calella is a city with lots of tourist tradition and summer offers many activities to practice outdoors on the beach and in the mountains (trekking, water sports, mountain biking, etc.) with numerous restaurants and terraces to enjoy the cuisine Catalan, one of the most famous in the world. In addition, the main street, with its more than 500 stores, can enjoy shopping. Located on the coast of Barcelona-Maresme, 50 km. Barcelona and 50km. Interaction with guest

I like to entertain my guests and install them at home and whenever I can I do it or a person of my confidence. And also I make sure that everything is on wheels, transfer from the airport, etc. I like to teach them the house and they can know the details of the home that will enjoy the next few days. At the end of the stay I also like to be present and see them off. During the stay I am always reachable by phone. If I do not locate instantly respond floor before 24h.

Why can't I call Loida (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Loida (the owner) a message.

If Loida (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
