The unit has an open floor plan with privacy wall with no door on the bedroom. PLAYA ESMERALDA INN on Anna Maria Island is on Gulf Drive South with the Gulf beach 20 steps away. Historic Bridge Street, with quaint shops, restaurants, bars and the Pier, which often features festivals, farmer's markets and many special events, is a short one and a half block walk. There is a free shuttle that travels most of Anna Maria Island, making it very convenient. The location of PLAYA ESMERALDA is simply amazing. You are a short walk from the beach, spectacular sunsets, great restaurants, bars and shops. So whether you come for a week or even just a few days, come enjoy wonderful Island Living on Anna Maria Island in the heart of it all. PLAYA ESMERALDA INN is located right by bridge street with multiple restaurants, boat rental, mini golf, tiki bars, high end restaurants, grocery store and much more.. everything just walking distance; the beach is right across the street so you don't need a car to move anywhere!!!! there is a Trolley that can take you further away if this is your choice.. SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made between:
OWNER, Mi Casa es tu casa properties, whose property is located at 100 4TH Street South Bradenton Beach and who acknowledges acceptance of this agreement by accepting said booking; and
RENTER, whose name is on the reservation and who acknowledges acceptance of this agreement by booking said unit:
This occupancy will be a Vacation Rental only and shall not constitute a permanent or primary residence or other tenancy.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: This occupancy shall begin and end on the dates specified in the booked reservation. On the dates specified in the booked reservation, check-in shall be at 3 p.m. or anytime thereafter and check-out shall be by 10 a.m.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for this unit is four (4) persons. If occupancy exceeds the maximum occupancy, RENTER and any and all guests are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their rental payment.
PARKING: There is one parking space provided for this unit.
TRASH DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: There are trash cans and recycling cans provided on the property for this unit. It is required that you separate the trash and recyclable items and place them in the appropriate cans.
CANCELLATIONS: A 100% (minus 4% for CC processing fee) refund will be made for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the check-in date. There shall be no refund made for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to the check-in date.
The OWNER WILL CHARGE A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE FOR ANY CANCELATION AFTER BOOKING.
OWNER WILL ASK FOR DRIVER LICENSE AT ANY TIME AFTER BOOKING AS A REQUIREMENT TO ENTER PREMISES.
CONDITION AT END OF STAY: At the end of the stay, Renter shall leave the premises clean and in good condition and remove all Renter property.
RENTER shall be responsible and liable to OWNER for all damages and/or loss caused by RENTER and/or its guests.

ACCESS: RENTER agrees that Owner and/or his agent(s) or guest(s) shall have access to the unit and property upon 24 hours notice by Owner to Renter in person or by e-mail. Agents include but are not limited to plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc. Guests include but are not limited to potential buyer(s) and/or sales agents or prospective guest(s). If Renter refuses to allow access to Owner or any agent(s) or guest(s) designated by Owner after the required notice, Owner reserves the right to terminate the Renter’s vacation rental and Renter and his/her guests shall immediately vacate the premises upon demand by Owner and shall forfeit the rental payment.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to RENTER and/or RENTER’S guest(s), or their personal property due to RENTER or RENTER’S guest(s) act(s), action(s) or neglect. RENTER agrees to hold OWNER harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to RENTER’s act(s), action(s) or neglect or RENTER’S guest(s) act(s), action(s) or neglect.
QUIET ENJOYMENT: RENTER and their guests agree not to violate quiet enjoyment and privacy of the surrounding neighbors and to obey all laws of the State of Florida and the Ordinances of the City of Bradenton Beach during their stay.
